Revenue Lead - revenue generation, customer acquisition, and retention

Job Description:

Location: Delhi

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Revenue Lead to drive companys revenue strategy and scale our growth initiatives. As the lead for this critical function, you will own end-to-end revenue generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, marketing, and product offerings to ensure we meet and exceed business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Strategy & Optimization:
○ Develop and implement pricing models and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
○ Analyze revenue trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

2. Data-Driven Decision Making:
○ Track KPIs such as LTV, CAC, and retention rates to guide decisions.
○ Leverage data to create actionable insights that improve customer engagement and drive conversions.


3. Collaboration & Leadership:
○ Work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to align on customer experience and platform improvements.
○ Lead and mentor a team to ensure successful execution of growth strategies.


4. Stakeholder Management:
○ Present revenue and growth performance to the leadership team, offering strategic recommendations for scaling.
○ Stay ahead of market trends to refine strategies and ensure Foxy remains competitive.

Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience in revenue management, growth, or similar roles in e-commerce or DTC brands.
● Proven track record in driving measurable growth and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL
● Excellent communication and project management skills.
● Passion for the beauty and skincare industry is a plus.
