Zoho Technical Support Engineer Interview Questions, Process, and Tips

The role was mostly focusing on the communication and verbal abilities. So, most of questions where related to verbal communication. And there were basic aptitude questions to check the minimal mathematical knowledge of the candidate.

This round was not like regular GD and it went like a general communication and clarity thought checking of the candidate. 5 recruiters where noting the scores of the candidate giving the freedom to choose a random topic by the candidate and letting them to speak on the topic.

Easy to crack the 1st round ,they asked 20 verbal and 10 quantative qns ,10 technical qns

They keep on changing the topics and it is not like normal gd they asked us to speak from our point of view

Education System vs India and Out of India

Aptitude question (eg. train, pipe and cisters etc.), logical based questions(directions),
we were asked to write an email for a given question in paper, and verbal based questions

We were given a topic, or u urself can choose something and speak on it. The words, grammars and the time duration u speak were monitored.

My own Experience: The respective candidate will be called for the written and GD after screening round. Then based on the head count they will decide to keep it online or offline, they treat you well during the test. But the thing is they won't select even if you clear the test, this is because during the day of my written test it was like around 3000 people attended for the test only out of the 3000 people 20-30 were selected. so, imagine how the screening was, I don't know why this company calls candidates to write test infornt of them, many candidates including me came to the venue intime all the way from A.P and other states, it is better to conduct the written test in online mode so that no one will spend entire 2 days to know due to this high level of severe competition they got rejection. And candidates can save Time, Efforts, Money.
