1) Clarify each part of the question eg: Are cancellations only before shipping?

2) Narrow down the problem. I narrowed it down to shade issues and price issues

3) How do you figure out the issue - look at data. People were reordering
-Start thinking from a User journey perspective - how does the user figure they’ve ordered a wrong shade ? Order confirmation notification
-What do you do about it so that new order is not generated? You can define the new flow now.

Myntra interview Preparation:What tips would you give to other job seekers? - Tips for Q1 -

1) Start with scoping to figure out the root cause and break down of 30%. Enquire about any macro level changes and focus on user journey.

2) Here I segmented into prime music and e-commerce (free shipping, early shipping)

3) I then focused on delivery time for e-commerce. Go with the user journey steps (think funnel from user getting acquired to step by step making a transaction and conversions). As you approach it, ask the interviewer and they will guide/narrow down the case narrative.

Tips for Q2-

1) Identify the needs - define the users and motivations

2) Think from a User journey PoV all steps in the user's funnel

3) Features - Always keep a balance of short-term and long-term, hygiene and wow features

4) What are the 3 major things you'll take care of? Then mention three issues you foresee
