Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Avoid joining Uber as an external member; the Uber tax team is less organized compared to other in-house setups. The processes require improvement, and under the current leadership, there appears to be a primary focus on the profit figures presented by the India team. Joining uber through e team was a negative experience overall. Job security is non existent. There has been no professional development and the management is unprofessional. Constant tracking and micromanagement is present within the team. I wasted a year at this company and I would never recommend anyone.
