Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - You can work in TVS, but if you're joining through XPHENO my only advice is don't join. Worst third party. No add ons like OT, compoff for extra working hours, no leave encashment, no leave claim. Average working hrs is 12 hrs. And salary also less comparing your work load
