Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Worest experience in my entire life i waited for 2hours for interview they even don't know which position they are recruiting and hr is nothing here even they don't have any recruitment policies at last they have taken my interview some person I don't want to tell his name he is from Chennai he is taken my interview he is keep on asking me how to reject 45mnts on zoom call at last I got to know like he is not a right person to take my interview he even don't know which questions to ask a sales person he is asking IT related like Java oracle 😂 questions
My humble request to management please change regional favouritism then only you organization will be in a right manner
If any one wants to go far interview please check 2-3times which person is taking the interview because hr don't know whom you are 🤣

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - not a good firm, need to work on there process and salary structure, I got selected there but there was no fixed salary. it was like if you achieve your target you will get your salary and if you did not achieve your target on 1st month 20% of your salary will be hold by the company, on 2nd that will be 40%. discuss before visiting the organization with HR regarding all your queries.
