Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It is a month long interview process with consecutive rounds only at successive weekends , which is alright but the interviews are a definite on site interview and to complete the process the HR team can't even coordinate the steps of the interview

i cleared two rounds and the third technical round I couldn't even get the CAD test required, the HR team acts as if their job is the toughest in the world and that they have to traverse seven seas and mountains to get in touch the respective team that is hiring. They couldn't give me the CAD test for a whole other month stating they aren't able to get in touch with the hiring team, which is just a floor below theirs, acting like they have the most important job in their company, it's a shame really, the CEO seemed impressed by the ideas i suggested and was glad to hire me , but their company definitely head a lot of internal politics, from just what I can see in its functioning.
