Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design, project management, and team leadership. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Lead the design, development, and execution of architectural projects.
• • Create and review detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.
• • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• • Implement sustainable and innovative design solutions.
• • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality control.
• • Manage approvals, permits, and documentation for various projects.

Key Requirements:

• • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• • 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM software.
• • Strong understanding of construction materials, structural systems, and sustainability principles.
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• • Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements.
• • Professional licensure (preferred but not mandatory).
