Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, a passion for creativity, and experience in leading design projects from concept to execution. This role requires exceptional design skills, an understanding of branding, and the ability to collaborate with both clients and internal teams to deliver visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for a variety of digital and print projects, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
• • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
• • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create cohesive designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, translating their vision into visually appealing designs.
• • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• • Create and oversee the production of digital and print materials, ensuring design specifications are met.
• • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final deliverables.

Key Requirements:

• • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print projects.
• • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects).
• • Experience in web and digital design, including UX/UI principles.
• • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• • Motion graphics and video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• • Ability to handle tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
• • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
