Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute high-quality design projects across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, advanced technical skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers. This role requires expertise in branding, digital and print media, UI/UX design, and strategic thinking to support marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and execute innovative design concepts for branding, marketing, and advertising materials.
• • Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output.
• • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align designs with business objectives.
• • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills.
• • Create visually compelling graphics for websites, social media, print media, packaging, and presentations.
• • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication materials.
• • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
• • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior role.
• • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign .
• • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and strategic design work.
• • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• • Experience with UI/UX design and tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
• • Strong communication and leadership skills.
