Role: Senior Graphic Designer

Work Location: Thane, Mumbai

Work Model: 5 days, WFO

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Netcore, you will lead various design initiatives and ensure the execution of projects that support the company's branding, product messaging, and sales objectives. You will mentor junior designers, contribute strategic insights, and consistently deliver high-quality designs. Your role demands original ideas, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire creativity within the team. You will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of Netcore Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and transform them into visually compelling graphics for various digital and print marketing assets, including social media graphics, brochures, event/exhibition assets, web banners, newsletters, presentations, etc. Managing and adhering to timelines for all the graphic design tasks.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Maintain brand consistency across various marketing projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross teams to understand project objectives and requirements. Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
• Interpret and implement feedback effectively, ensuring high-quality design output.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh, innovative ideas into the team's work.
• Explore and effectively utilize generative AI tools in design to enhance both the quantity and quality of outputs.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing and brand strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Art, or related field from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, brand, print, motion graphics, and layout design.
• Extensive portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and technologies.
