Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our companys social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and managing online interactions to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

• • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• • Identify target audiences and create tailored content strategies.
• • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Content Creation & Management:

• • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video, and other formats) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• • Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
• • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers for visually appealing content.

Community Engagement & Brand Building:

• • Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• • Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry professionals.
• • Manage online reputation by addressing customer feedback and concerns.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
• • Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to measure and report performance.
• • Optimize strategies based on data insights and trends.

Advertising & Campaign Management:

• • Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
• • Optimize ads for maximum reach and conversion.
• • Work with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• • Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for social media promotions of company events, product launches, and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
• • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• • Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms.
• • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
• • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends.
