Anand Educational Technical and Vocational Society is seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Media Manager to lead our digital presence and amplify our mission of empowering education and vocational training. As the Digital Media Manager, you will lead a dynamic team, analyze performance metrics, and ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms to inspire our audience and elevate our impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to support the organization's goals.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of content calendars, campaigns, and key initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the social media team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and productivity.
Content and Campaign Oversight:
- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms, aligned with the organization's values and mission.
- Guide the team in creating engaging multimedia content, including posts, videos, stories, and live sessions.
- Approve high-level campaigns and initiatives to ensure brand consistency and impact.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, evaluate, and present performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to stakeholders.
- Use insights from data analysis to refine strategies and achieve greater effectiveness.
- Stay informed of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of digital engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media efforts align with educational programs, events, and organizational goals.
- Partner with leadership to promote key initiatives, including admissions, events, and community-building efforts.
Crisis Management:
- Develop and oversee protocols for managing online reputation and handling crises effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital media management, with a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and familiarity with SEO strategies.
