Assistant General Manager Sales & Service

Role & responsibilities

Sales strategy: Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the organization or business unit

• Sales operations: Managing the sales operations of the organization or business unit
• Sales team: Hiring, training, monitoring, and coaching sales representatives.
• Sales goals: Ensuring the department meets its sales goals and customer expectations
• Planning meetings and events & Process improvement and branch visits
• Analysis: Analyzing customer satisfaction reports and stock movement
• Other: Establishing standards for marketing and advertising, and understanding local, state, and federal legislation
• Assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
• Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
• Supervising staff and controlling Staff
• Great interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good observation skills. Computer literate and basic Math skills. Brach Visits daily basics

Responsible for sales and for creating a high-performance and successful sales team.

Preferred candidate profile :

Any Sales Back Ground from Two Wheeler Finance , Any Direct Marketing
