Client Servicing Executive / Project Lead

We're seeking an experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our advertising agency team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of client needs, and the ability to drive revenue growth from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from existing clients.

3. Communication: Ensure seamless communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

4. Account Management: Manage client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling/cross-selling services.

5. Content Understanding: Familiarity with content creation and its role in client servicing (although not the primary focus).

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role.

3. Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong understanding of client needs and market trends.

3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

4. Familiarity with content creation and marketing strategies.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
