Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Lead Brand & Visual Design
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across various channels (web, print, social media, etc.).
- Create visually appealing graphics, marketing collateral, and brand assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Website & Marketing Collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design website elements (e.g., banners, icons, infographics) that communicate key messages effectively.
- Contribute to improvements in overall site aesthetics and user engagement by providing innovative design concepts.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Offer constructive feedback to team members and assist in skill development.
- Project Ownership & Delivery
- Take ownership of assigned projects, demonstrating leadership, accountability, and proactive communication.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design assets, maintaining efficiency throughout the design lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business goals.
- Translate project requirements into effective design briefs, strategies, and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement & Research
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Regularly evaluate design processes for opportunities to improve quality and speed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional Graphic Design experience (UI/UX exposure is a plus but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or comparable tools).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work (brand, marketing collateral, digital assets, icons, banners, social media creatives, etc.).
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and brand strategy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proven experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to overall team efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
