Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - HR round is worst.

They give you very less increament. In Hand salary will be same (less in my case) as previous company but you will realise it after joining. HR will say, company will give extra money in form of Variables to save your taxes but it is not going happen because as per tata policy you will not going to be eligible.

Please believe in CTC because you are not going to eligible other things like HRA, site allowance.
