General Tips: Interviewer was perfectly fine. I had applied for the position of HR Executive for Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon location. The discussion started with introduction and some other career details. The discussion also included some of the family details and questions regarding reason for leaving last organizations. It was precise, but that I can totally understand if my experience or anything couldn't match up the requirements of the job as its a huge organization.

But I would really like to express some very important suggestions to the Gurgaon HR team, that while interviewing any candidate, please have a discussion in a decent cabin or some sort of a meeting room. It really feels awkward and inappropriate to be interviewed openly in a floor, where 50 other people were also sitting and listening everything about your interview, the professional details and some things could be personal.
