Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Do not attend any interview here. They’ll hire you and provide you with unrealistic budgets. Since they’re clueless about the basics of running an organisation they would bombard you with unjust and unreasonable tasks. Owner Ashish Shah would abuse you - mentally and emotionally. Torture does not stop till the time you quit. Also they tend to block your 15 days salary and other dues. HR does everything but their core work and rather stay back till 9 pm or late hours to wipe off owners a** and give him other pleasures. Best part is you’d get different and contradictory directions from different family members of this company - owner himself , his wife and his daughter. All illiterate bloody scamsters know nothing but day light robbery by looting innocent customers and selling them dreams which are not going to be materialised in real. That is what pains me. If you want to work unethically and let your dignity and integrity take a back seat..you’re more than welcome to join this company run by an illiterate petrol pump owner and his goons supported by Shri Deepak Gaur - HR Damager..oh I meant HR Manager.
