Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Earlier, I attended an interview with HR, but received any response after that I followed up via email, requesting feedback and then they scheduled another interview with the main director, which occurred a week later. Although the interview was average, I still haven't received any feedback.
My concern is whether they believe feedback is unnecessary if a candidate isn't selected. It's essential for growth and improvement.
So, my overall experience is Poor

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please refrain from going until you are a rattu tota. They wont take into account any professional experience u may have or any knowledge about the job role. they don't even know the difference between ethics and morality and they asked me textbook definition of Ethics. They will ask u chapters and courses in detail the assignment questions you had done in college and will mock and judge you for everything you have done in life. It will be a blessing if you dont end up killing yourself on your way home. So much for professionals in HR who don't even regard mental health as something of importance.

they don't even make you feel comfortable. They will attack you , mock you destroy every bit of self respect you have.
