Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to lead and support performance and compensation projects across the organization. This role is instrumental in designing and implementing strategies that align performance management and rewards with organizational goals, driving employee engagement and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management:
a. Design and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) that fosters a high-performance culture.
b. Partner with business leaders to align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
c. Drive the annual and mid-year performance review processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
d. Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and evaluation processes.
2. Compensation and Rewards :
a. Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure compensation practices are aligned with industry standards.
b. Design & execute reward programs, including short term & long term incentive plans and retention proposals.
c. Undertake internal role mapping exercises
d. Partner with finance and leadership teams to manage compensation budgets effectively.
3. Data Analysis and Insights:
a. Analyze & report recurring trends on HR parameters
b. Create dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management.
c. Evaluate the effectiveness of performance and compensation initiatives through datadriven approaches.
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
a. Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and Leadership to align on priorities and deliverables.
b. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather inputs and provide updates on performance and compensation strategies.
5. Key Skills and Competencies
a. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
b. In-depth understanding of performance management and compensation frameworks.
c. Proficiency in Excel and HR systems, preferably HRMS/HRIS tools like Darwinbox.
d. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
e. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
6. Qualifications
a. MBA in HR
b. 5-6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management and compensation.
