Manager - Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities:

1. Compensation Strategy: Developing and implementing a compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals and objectives. Conducting market research to ensure that the company's compensation packages are competitive and attractive to both current and potential employees.

2. Salary Structure: Designing and maintaining the organization's salary structure, including salary bands and ranges for different job positions.

3. Job Evaluation: Conducting job evaluations to determine the relative value and complexity of different roles within the company, establishing fair and appropriate salary levels for each position.

4. Performance Management: Integrating compensation and rewards with the performance management system to link employee performance and contributions to their compensation. Implementing performance-based bonuses, incentives, and merit-based pay increases.

5. Benefits Administration: Managing the organization's benefits programs, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, holidays and paid time off, and other fringe benefits.
