- Annual Pay review\ JE and salary benchmarking


- Ensure external competitiveness of compensation by benchmarking the same with the identified comparator basket through the identified partner


- Design, obtain recommendations & approvals from stakeholders to execute the annual compensation review process


- Assist in annual job matching exercise


- Managing & closing C&B benchmark surveys with the identified partner


Client Details: Leading Hospital in NCR

Description:

- Ensure 100% confidentiality of the data and zero error while working on compensation survey reports

- Independently handling of operational day-to-day activities with certain amount of supervision for important decisions.



- Volunteer for HR projects (Background work, analysis, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement)


- Vendor empanelment (handle the end-to-end program management).

- Continuous automation of existing process and innovation.


Profile:
