Key Account Manager (Q Commerce) - FMCG Food - Gurgaon

- Manage key Q-commerce accounts, developing strategic plans to drive growth and maximize revenue.
- Identify upselling opportunities, lead negotiations, and monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, resolving issues promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, goals, and objectives to provide tailored solutions
- Build trust and credibility through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely delivery of results
- Collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities, challenges, and objectives
- Design and execute strategic initiatives to achieve client goals and exceed expectations
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets and expand client relationships
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver targeted solutions
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- Adjust account plans and strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve client objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer support initiatives
- Facilitate open communication and knowledge-sharing across teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Minimum 6 years of work experience with 3 years being in Q-commerce
- FMCG food background is a necessity
- Strong comm skills
- Current/preferred location to be Gurgaon
- Work closely with leadership
