Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Manager - Quick Commerce

Location: Chennai

Reports To: CEO

About the Role:

Sweet Karam Coffee is seeking a Key Accounts Manager - Quick Commerce to strengthen our presence across platforms like Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, and more. The role involves driving sales, managing platform relationships, executing promotional strategies, and ensuring seamless operations to maximize revenue and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Platform & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key quick commerce platforms and category teams.

- Sales Growth & Visibility: Implement strategies to enhance product discoverability and availability, driving revenue growth.

- Product Onboarding & Catalog Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding of new products, ensuring optimal placement, accurate descriptions, and competitive pricing.

- Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute campaigns, offers, and deals in collaboration with quick commerce partners.

- Data Analysis & Optimization: Track sales performance, inventory levels, and platform metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and superior customer experience.

- Market & Competitor Insights: Stay updated on platform trends, new features, evolving consumer behavior, and competitor activity to implement best practices.

- Event & Campaign Execution: Ensure the seamless execution of key platform events and promotional campaigns.

Qualification / Key Requirements:

- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 3+ years in Quick Commerce or E-commerce Account Management, preferably in FMCG.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Quick Commerce platform dynamics, promotional strategies, and consumer behavior.

- Sales & Target-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools & MS Excel to derive actionable insights.

- Strong Communication & Negotiation: Ability to collaborate effectively and build strategic partnerships.
