About the Role:

Entrepreneur in Residence (Project Management)is a high-impact role for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver outcomes and manage multiple projects across verticals efficiently.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards are met.

- Delving into detailed business metrics, deducing insights and guiding/leading new business initiatives (process improvement, diversification, setting up new verticals) that support business growth.

- Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Lead pilots and experiments for new business ideas and refine them for execution.

Cross Functional Collaboration & Coordination:

- Handling business verticals - Establishing business processes, collaborating with partners and customers (on-field and virtual) to ensure seamless growth, running internal end-to-end projects that can span any vertical such as sales, operations, product, etc. and maintain P&L; complete ownership and entrepreneurial mindset

- Seamless coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and deliver results.

- Represent SKC at industry forums, events, and client discussions.

Operational Efficiency:

- Champions ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for project management, reduce costs, increase service levels, improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

- Support the optimization of business processes and workflows as directed by leadership.

- Monitor expenses and help implement cost control measures & submit relevant reports from time to time.

- Proficiency in MSP tools.

Research and Analysis:

- Collect and analyse customer feedback through multiple channels (such as sampling, customer service, social media, and surveys) to identify potential improvements or make changes to existing products

- Do thorough research, analyzing the industry trends/processes, identifying market

opportunities & reporting the insights and recommendations to the management.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

- Project Management Skills: Cool & level headed with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution.

- 3-7 years in FMCG, Food & Beverage industry, with a proven track record of end-to-end product development cycle with an entrepreneurial mindset or experience in start-up ecosystems and scaling businesses.

- Background in operations, growth, business strategy, or new venture development.

- Strong knowledge of Food product related processes, market trends and project development.

Skills & Mindset:

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership, and drive results.

- Innovative thinker with a "get-things-done" attitude.

Qualifications :

- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Engineering from reputed institutions (NIFTEM, CFTRI, TNAU preferred).

- Regulatory Knowledge: preferably with knowledge of FSSAI guidelines and global food safety standards.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Data-driven approach to product innovation and troubleshooting.
