Responsibilities:
- Assist the Management team with daily follow-up with project teams at locations for timely data submission.
- Expedite the project progress by identifying and resolving roadblocks and proactively suggesting solutions through management team.
- Coordinate effectively with project location teams, cross-functional teams within the company, and stakeholders.
- Analyze project cost allocations and monitor adherence to budget.
- Track project timelines and proactively identify potential delays, informing the management team.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project progress and key metrics.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
- Attend project meetings and take accurate notes for action items and follow-up.
- Occasional travel to project locations may be required to assist the management team
Qualifications:
- MBA in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Power Point)
