Maintenance Manager- Waste To Energy Power Plant -Jasrasar(Rajasthan)

Total Experience : 12 - 18 Years in Mechanical Maintenance of Power Plant.

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering (Full Time)

Industry : Power Plant only

Role & responsibilities :

Maintenance Management:

Inspect and maintain rotary and static equipment, including pumps, compressors, vessels, and heat exchangers.

Predictive & Preventive Maintenance:

Proficiency in planning and executing predictive and preventive maintenance schedules for various machinery. Strategic scheduling of maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.

Mechanical Breakdowns:

Expertise in troubleshooting all types of mechanical breakdowns across power plant systems. Swift and accurate response to restore equipment functionality and prevent prolonged downtime.

Maintenance Strategy Development:

Designing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment. Incorporating predictive, preventive, and corrective measures for optimal plant operation.

Spare Parts Management:

Efficient management of spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities. Ensuring the availability of critical components for timely repairs.

Planning and Scheduling:

Developing comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for equipment upkeep and repairs.

Efficiently allocating resources and time to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Shutdown Management:

Leading and coordinating scheduled shutdowns for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Ensuring seamless execution of shutdown activities while adhering to timelines and safety protocols.

Field Inspection and Operations:

• Perform mechanical jobs in the field as per instructions from senior authorities.
• Ensure timely and effective maintenance of field equipment while maintaining up-to-date housekeeping standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, including:
• Preventive maintenance activities.
• Daily Maintenance Reports (DMR).
• Equipment history and legal documentation.

4. Leadership and Compliance:

• Provide guidance to maintenance teams to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• To adhere to plant safety standards and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with Relevant Experience of 12+ years in handling independently the Power Plant Mechanical Maintenance.
