Role & responsibilities

1. Develop Maintenance procedure and ensure all critical machines to be up and YOY improvement in downtime reduction by reducing MTTR, PM Compliance.

2. Ensure operational efficiency of mechanical and electrical systems through timely inspections and repair and identify and resolve issues.

3. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities and ensure zero downtime due to

machine breakdown.

4. Negotiate contracts with vendors for execution of maintenance work and monitor maintenance cost budgeted Vs. actual and prepare variances and reasons thereof.

5. Implement workplace safety policies and standards.

Preferred candidate profile

BE Mechanical with 16+ years of experience.
