JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:

Purpose of this Role: Position will be responsible to ensure the timely delivery of material to the client in a safe, environmentally responsible and efficient manner.

Key Deliverables

1. Manage, coordinate and monitor the timely arrangement of vehicles to ensure delivery of finished product to client as per schedule with ability to handle multiple dispatches and adjust to changing priorities.

2. Act as single point of contact with the transporter and operations team.

3. Ensure that all dispatched vehicles and drivers comply with the safety protocols, legal requirements, and industry standards.

4. Maintain accurate records of all dispatch items, including driver logs, delivery times, and service reports.

5. Ability to monitor and track logistics activities accurately and without error.
