We have an opening for the position of Manager - Maintenance at Indiana Gratings Private Limited, located in Jejuri.

Position: Manager - Maintenance

Purpose of the role: The candidate will oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance and lead the team across multiple plants.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To ensure all critical machines are up and running, with a focus on reducing downtime through improvements in MTTR and PM Compliance.
• Responsible for machines and equipment reconditioning and upgradation for improvements in output and quality.
• Manage spare parts and focus on cost reduction strategies.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.

Must have competencies:

• Expertise in Motion and Power Transmission.
• Proficiency in Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of IoT and PLC Systems.
• Hands-on experience with electroforge machines, forming lines, press lines, and welding machines.
• Knowledge of maintaining galvanizing equipment and furnaces is a must.
• Basic troubleshooting skills in electrical systems.
• Capability to manage facility equipment, including overhead cranes, compressors, and general utilities.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 3540 members and oversee multiple plants with a focus on resource optimization.
• Skilled in identifying opportunities to upgrade machines and equipment with advanced technologies.
• Proficient in handling mechanical, electrical, and electronics troubleshooting while guiding the team effectively.
• Exposure to robotics is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with fire safety and firefighting systems.
• Experience in managing a minimum of a 33kV yard.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience in project coordination.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have 12-15 years of relevant experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, leadership, and plant management.
• Qualification: BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
