Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support the MD in achieving his goals and driving the company's success.

- The Chief of Staff will serve as a key advisor to the MD, monitoring projects & initiatives, to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Advise MD on business and provide support on key business issues

- Monitor cross-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of the MD, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and within budget

- Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth

- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring that information is shared effectively and decisions are made efficiently

- Prepare reports and presentations for the MD, summarizing key data and insights in a clear and concise manner

- Develop communications for the Board, Company, and external meetings

- Serve as a liaison between the MD and other executives, ensuring that priorities are aligned and goals are met

- Manage special projects as assigned by the MD

- Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the strategic plan.

- Play an active role in the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, business plans, comprehensive Skill Matrix, and Authorization

Qualifications:

- CA /MBA with minimum 15 years of experience in Renewables/Energy/Manufacturing Industry player,

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and results-oriented with an ability to work in a fast paced and a constantly evolving environment in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint oral and written communication skills.
