Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in the automotive manufacturing plant. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient repairs of all manufacturing equipment.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop the maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring high performance.
• Process Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability using lean principles.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, track costs, and optimize resource usage.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on maintenance activities and performance.
