Collect Next Day Planning item Quality IssuesMaintain Production according to Item wise Process CardCheck each category core critical dimensions as per drawings.Check each category core quality parameters as per specification.Report the deviation to Responsible Shift Supervisor of the Department .If Required Stop or Reject the Deviated Entity & Record the Stopping Time or Rejection QtyTake Interim Action With the Help of Concerned Department & Record ItTake corrective action on each repetitive issues .Coordinate With the Inspection Department & accordingly plan the action as per Rejection, focusing on the specific parameter.Item wise Core Life monitoring,production handling
