Quality Control Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the steel doors production department, also responsible for CNC Department & fabrication department process & powder coating of steel doors, fire doors etc.
• Coordination with all departments like Production, Product Design & R&D.
• The technical abilities you require to use AutoCAD to check 2D and 3D designs.
• Planning the QA/QC controls as per the priority
• Monitoring the Orders movement in Production department to ensure hassle free operations
• Monitoring the Product drawings Designing status and generation of raw material inventory reports
• Evaluating the production control activities to ensure that final product meets the customer specifications
• Work with the Operations team to ensure material management, production scheduling, shipping/receiving, and logistics at all points of the process.
• Supports and assists with the Safety Program.

Preferred candidate profile

• A Mechanical / Industrial Engineering /Production Engineering Degree with minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Process of Steel Doors/Fire Doors/Hallow Metal Doors with Familiar with QA/QC Controls.
• Use computer-aided design (Auto-CAD) software to check Shop-drawings and Development drawings for production.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
• Advanced math and computer skills & Creativity and artistic ability.
• Should be familiar with R&D & manufacturing and Testing Standards.
