Job Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits Programme Management:
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the current programs managed by the function against the overall C&B strategy
- Track market intelligence/trends, conducting in-depth analysis to generate trends and generate insights on ongoing basis
- Provide management information to senior stakeholders on the utilization, impact and outcomes of C&B programs
- Provide recommendations for benefit program changes based on the employee risk profile, business needs and market practice
- Contribute towards design / revision of current programs and lead/participate in the implementation of new initiatives
- Participate in global and regional C&B projects in support of our wider HR strategy
Special Projects:
- Drive projects identified as a priority for the function, on an individual basis (both compensation and benefits related)
- Collaborate/interface with business, teams outside C&B to drive outcomes
- Manage the end-to-end, from design to delivery and change management of the identified projects
Other Support:
- Provide C&B guidance and advice to business leaders and HR teams to support people agenda
- Provide in-market support to global C&B processes like year-end
- Develop success measures and put in place metrics and measures to evaluate program outcomes and ROI
- Supervise the providers who are delivering program components, including contract negotiation of program content, delivery and cost
- Support in meeting compliance and regulatory requirements (internal and external) as applicable for the function, including support for closure of audit procedures
Qualifications:
- Total experience of 2-4 years with at least 1-2 years of experience in handling Compensation & benefits
- High customer focus, high responsiveness
- High quality orientation. Result -oriented, with high levels of integrity
- Ability to work independently, prioritization with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills
- Experience in change-orientated, complex organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with project management experience
- Deep knowledge of HR and drivers of employee engagement in India, ongoing trends in compensation and benefits space
