Job description:

• Responsible for overall functioning and supervision of Operations across all the business lines (Account Opening, Retail Trade Processing, Equity, Derivative, Currency Derivative, Commodity Derivative, MF Operations, IPO/NCD/BOND/FD/Debt Operations, NRI Settlement, Wealth Operations, PMS Operations, LAS, and MTF)
• Managing daily operations related to NSE/BSE/MCX/NCDEX, Generate and maintain all the records and reports accurately.
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives undertaken by the organization.
• Reviewing daily processes and obligations, Adopt checks and balances at every process to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Liaising with Banks for day to day banking operation and various facilities with bank.
• Be updated on the latest circulars and developments of NSE/BSE/MCX/SEBI to coordinate with back-office vendors on new products
• Works closely with Product and Tech team on new feature product launches, enhancements, process improvements etc.
• To identify/resolve system issues, streamline processes and work to implement system enhancements to increase efficiency in current processes. Leverages technology as much as possible to make the process efficient and error free.
• To ensure compliance and various submissions with the Exchanges\SEBI\RBI and other regulatory bodies associated with the businesses.
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
• Multi-tier Audit process, concurrent Audit, Internal Audit, statutory Audits and Risk and Control Audits and SEBI and other Regulatory Inspections.
• Adhere to the company's internal policies and procedures. To maintain the highest integrity and confidentiality, keeping company and client's data.
• Advise the Management on operational improvements as and when required.
• To oversee expenses, budgeting and help organization optimize costs through manpower planning
• Preparation of various MIS at divisional and organisation level. X`
• The ideal candidate should have a handful of experience handling Indian financial instruments, excellent knowledge of regulatory circulars, interest, and enthusiasm to enhance and upgrade knowledge on various financial instruments.
