This role focuses on analyzing D2C metrics at a cohort level, improving conversion rates, optimizing product sell-through, and conducting LTV and basket analyses. You will collaborate cross-functionally, work on profit-focused projects, and guide strategic decisio that impact Sweet Karam Coffee's P&L.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform cohort analyses to track customer behavior, retention, and profitabilit
- Analyze product performance and sell-through rates to optimize inventory and margins.
- Calculate and interpret customer lifetime value (LTV) for budgeting and acquisition.
- Conduct basket analyses to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Create and maintain dashboards for real-time and periodic performance reporting.
- Identify areas to improve conversion funnels and reduce drop-offs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) on data-driven projects.
- Suggest initiatives that enhance profitability (P&L) based on analytical insight
- Present clear, actionable recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce analytics or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record in cohort analysis, LTV calculation, and optimizing conversion funnels.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey complex data insights succinctly.
