Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key quick commerce platforms (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.).
- Partner with category managers at quick commerce companies to understand their business priorities and position CHL's offerings in a way that aligns with their priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quick commerce accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and promotions with quick commerce partners.
- Manage the listing of products on quick commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and pricing.
2. Strategy and Planning:
- Formulate and execute plans to drive online sales, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
- Utilize key growth levers to make data-driven decisions that support sales growth and market expansion.
- Track key metrics such as Conversion Rate (CVR) and Click-Through Rate (CTR), identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing the customer journey.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned quick commerce accounts.
- Develop and execute promotional plans, campaigns, and partnerships to drive traffic and increase product sales.
- Monitor the performance of SKUs and implement strategies to boost sales for underperforming products.
4. Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure stock availability across platform warehouses.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align demand planning and promotional strategies.
- Maintain strong coordination with content and sourcing teams to secure required content and data, ensuring timely delivery.
