Role Overview:
The Senior Contract Support Administrator will be responsible for managing and executing employment contracts, ensuring compliance, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders within the C2H (Contract-to-Hire) space in the Indian domestic market. The role demands efficiency in handling contracts, approvals, and record-keeping with minimal turnaround time (TAT).
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Execution & Compliance: Execute employment contract agreements for both clients and candidates with minimal TAT before onboarding.
- Ensure payroll contracts are assigned to the correct business entities and aligned with agreed terms.
- Draft and send contracts to the Legal team for final approval and release to external stakeholders.
- Seek management approvals for customized commercial terms when required.
- Maintain master agreement folders and ensure all signed contracts and email approvals are stored for compliance.
- Ensure contractual documents align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Management & Advisory: Provide operational advice to consultants and internal teams based on signed agreements.
- Coordinate with legal, payroll, and compliance teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
- Act as a liaison between external consultants and internal stakeholders for contract-related clarifications.
Operational Efficiency & Reporting:
- Ensure efficient contract management processes with minimal errors and delays.
- Maintain up-to-date records and generate reports for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support continuous process improvements in contract handling and approval workflows.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in contract administration, payroll compliance, or HR operations within the Indian domestic market.
- Strong understanding of employment contracts, legal documentation, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in managing C2H contracts is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and contract management software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
