- We are seeking an experienced Head - Compensation and Benefits who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing reward strategies. The role will also involve overseeing the benefits offerings to ensure they align with the company's goals and objectives.

Description:

- Design and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's business goals.

- Manage the company's benefits program to ensure competitiveness in the market.

- Oversee job evaluations and job descriptions across all departments.

- Collaborate with the HR team to manage compensation and benefits issues.

- Ensure regulatory compliance regarding compensation and benefits.

- Provide advice to management on pay decisions, policy development, and job evaluation.

- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.

- Supervise preparation of payroll for employees.

Profile:

A successful Head - Compensation and Benefits should have:

- A degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.

- Proficient understanding of C&B in financial services

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience in designing executive compensation and benefits packages.

- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
