Manager - Compensation & Benefits - BFSI (8-13 yrs)

Looking for Senior Manager, Compensation Benefits

Industry: BFSI / Insurance

Location: Pune / Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures as per the company s philosophy and competitive practices

2. Manage reward programs such as variable pay, merit raises, skill-based compensation

3. Develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees

4. Using Analytical techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data

5. Partnering with HR business partners, Recruitment, HRSS, Finance and payroll department to ensure effectiveness and accuracy

6. Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures

7. Recommending plan revision that is cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends

8. Responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and regulations

Minimum qualifications:

- Person should have relevant years of experience

- Must having experience in BFSI

- Proven ability to build relationships and influence key partners; gets results through collaboration

- Firm analytical skills and ability to tell a story with insights and trends

- Ability to work in teams, as both a lead and a supporting team member

- A skilled facilitator, able to navigate tough conversations with senior stakeholders

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
