HEAD, Performance, Rewards & HR Operations
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Performance, Rewards, and HR Operations vertical at a reputed business conglomorate. The role is instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives, digital transformation, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on performance assessments, total rewards, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management & Organizational Development:
- Partner with senior management to design and implement goal-setting and performance evaluation processes.
- Align individual performance metrics with organizational objectives, ensuring 100% compliance with evaluation timelines.
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and role clarity.
Rewards & Compensation Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive rewards strategy to position the company as a competitive employer in the industry.
- Benchmark compensation structures against market standards to maintain competitiveness (e.g., 45th percentile of the market median).
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and optimize sales incentive programs, increasing sales achievement and incentive earnings.
HR Operations & Technology Transformation:
- Lead the digital transformation of HR processes from hire-to-retire, integrating advanced HR technology platforms.
- Achieve significant efficiency gains (e.g., 50% improvement) in HR operations through streamlined processes.
- Oversee payroll management processes to ensure zero-error payroll processing and full statutory compliance.
Data Management & People Analytics:
- Establish a robust data management framework to leverage people analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Support succession planning, talent retention, and organizational change initiatives with actionable insights.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives in compensation, benefits, and policy changes.
- Lead HR transformation projects focused on enhancing organizational agility and decision-making.
Key Achievements Expected:
- Digital transformation of HR processes with measurable efficiency improvements.
- Implementation of a competitive rewards strategy and compensation benchmarking.
- Optimization of performance management processes with alignment to business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
- 10-15 years of experience in Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations, preferably in manufacturing or large-scale organizations.
- Proven experience in digital transformation and HR technology implementation.
- Expertise in compensation benchmarking, rewards strategy, and payroll management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on people analytics and decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
