We have been mandated by a large conglomerate for the below mentioned role.
Position Title: Lead - Rewards &PMS
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 9-14
Educational Qualification: MBA / PGHRM
Job Description:
- The incumbent will responsible to oversee processes related to rewards, compensation, and job evaluation as directed by the Head HR.
- The role involves strategizing these processes and planning for their effective implementation across all business units to enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Job Analysis and Evaluation:
- Prepare and update the JDS, organization charts, and documents for job evaluation exercises.
- Coordinate and participate in Job Evaluation Committee , conducting preliminary evaluations, and educating site HR and employees on JD writing and job evaluation.
- Compile required data, schedule meetings, and ensure evaluations are finalized.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Consolidate and maintain updated compensation details of employees, prepare revised compensation breakups, and provide support during the Annual Compensation Review.
- Administer increments, handle the ACR process, and analyze compensation trends for comparative analysis.
HR Policies:
- Identify, develop, and communicate HR-related policies at the business.
- Obtain stakeholder support, update existing policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
- Implement HR policies promoting diversity, equal opportunity, and compliance across all business units and projects.
