Qualification & Skills : MSW, bachelor's degree in business administration, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainability, or a related field

Experience : Min. 10-12 Years of relevant experience

Job Description -

- Develop and execute the plant's CSR strategy in alignment with the company's overall mission and values.

- Set measurable targets for CSR initiatives and regularly report on progress.

- Foster strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and NGOs.

- Identify and develop partnerships for community development programs.

- Promote and implement sustainable practices within the plant operations, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation.

- Monitor and report on environmental impact, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of CSR activities and report on outcomes and impacts to senior management and stakeholders.

- Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding social responsibility and sustainability.

- Manage the budget for CSR projects and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
