Job Description:.
The Manager Total Rewards will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
This role will ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:.
Compensation Strategy:.
- Develop and implement competitive compensation structures, including base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure salary ranges are competitive within the automotive industry.
Benefits Management:.
- Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Evaluate and improve benefits offerings to meet employee needs and enhance engagement.
Performance and Rewards:.
- Design and implement performance-based reward systems aligned with business objectives.
- Manage annual salary reviews, bonus payouts, and long-term incentive plans.
Compliance and Governance:.
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and compliance checks.
Employee Communication:
- Develop communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits queries.
Data Analysis and Reporting:.
- Monitor trends and metrics related to compensation and benefits to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on total rewards strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of job evaluation, pay structures, and benefits management.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits.
