Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the HR function of our fast-paced IT organization in Bengaluru.
- The CHRO will drive talent strategies, foster an inclusive culture, and align HR initiatives with business objectives to ensure organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
Talent Management:
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts to build a high-performing workforce.
- Design and implement leadership development programs and succession planning.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure equity and compliance in rewards strategies.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Optimize HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Champion DEI initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Develop metrics to track progress and impact.
Technology and Innovation:
- Leverage HR technology and analytics to drive decision-making and measure HR impact.
- Stay updated on HR trends and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the IT sector.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR management, organizational development, and change management.
