Chief Technology Officer - IT Infrastructure (10-12 yrs)

Job Title : Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy to align with business goals and market opportunities.

- Lead the technology team in building innovative, scalable, and secure IT solutions.

- Oversee software development, infrastructure management, and IT operations.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the IT sector.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology into business processes.

- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies.

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices.

- Manage the technology budget and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

Act as a mentor to the technology team, fostering professional growth and innovation.

Key Requirements :

- Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role in the IT industry.

- Strong expertise in software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure.

- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technology transformations and implementations.

- Deep understanding of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, and cybersecurity.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth IT environment or a start-up.

- Familiarity with global technology standards and compliance frameworks.

- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or PMP are a plus.
