Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Formulation and Planning:
- Analyze market dynamics, including economic trends, client needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Develop strategies to drive organic business growth and achieve revenue, volume, and value targets for the assigned region/branch.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize, plan, and launch new initiatives, products, and advertising solutions.
- Present strategies and secure the Director's concurrence on business plans.
Smart Selling Development:
- Identify and develop innovative advertising solutions and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with clients to co-create bespoke solutions and enhance brand positioning.
- Review and approve proposals from team members to boost incremental business revenue.
- Drive branch-level advertising initiatives beyond traditional print solutions to maximize brand visibility.
Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and advertising agencies.
- Understand client communication needs and develop customized solutions to address them.
- Regularly engage with senior stakeholders in client organizations to ensure satisfaction and resolve service-related issues.
- Provide value-added recommendations to optimize clients' advertising ROI.
Workforce Management:
- Communicate sales strategies and objectives to team members.
- Align team capabilities with their roles and identify areas for skill development.
- Mentor high-potential employees, plan career paths, and prepare them for higher responsibilities.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
Operations Management:
- Coordinate with internal departments, to streamline operations.
- Monitor and manage ad placements, pagination, and scheduling.
- Address operational challenges and approve client credits or continuation of business to enhance customer value.
Sales Monitoring and Reviews:
- Monitor sales pipelines and progress against targets through regular reviews.
- Identify gaps and reasons for shortfalls, if any, and guide team members on corrective actions.
- Provide operational support to ensure consistent achievement of budgetary goals.
