Dainik Bhaskar - Regional Sales Head - Digital Media/Ad Sales (10-17 yrs)

1.10+ years prior experience in Media Ad-sales, at highly reputed firms - good understanding of digital ad-sales ecosystem;

2.Responsible for leading the entire West team, building a go-to-market strategy, 3.identifying bottlenecks and road blocks, as well as creatively solving for them.

4.Build and maintain relationships with WEST and SOUTH Clients and Advertising Agencies.

5.Capable of opening doors at top management levels both in clients and agencies.

6.Should have access to key industry influencers, senior level meetings, thinking through sales-strategy, refining individual client pitches through a ground level. 7.understanding of the requirements of the market.

8.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all editions of a group to achieve the company's goals and objectives. Excellent presentation skills to showcase group's capabilities in all geographies.

9.They must be able to hold a conversation with senior, mid-level as well as junior employees at their clients, and at adept at nurturing and building one-on-one relationships

10.Candidates with deep experience in the Digital ad sales should only apply

Experience in business development, pitching, winning client accounts and in client servicing.

11.Prior people management / team lead experience is strongly preferred.

12.Capable of gathering competitive and business information by leveraging connections and framing proactive actions to counter them.
